Responsible for B2B side of the business since the MVP launch end of 2022. Chapter
is a platform which makes career orientation, reskilling and job matching accessible
for everyone. My responsibility covers: creating the growth plan, building the team
and team management, business development, new proposition building, defining
marketing strategy and building partnerships.

Responsible for GTM investments in 12 countries. Ensure accurate tracking of
business impact and reporting to management. Budget: $1.9 mio per year.

• Orchestrating and advising the subs on segments specific motions aligned with

Responsible for production of the Go To Market investment plan for a group of Data
& Artificial Intelligence focussed tech companies. Budget: $500k per year
>Interim management during absence period of manager covering 4 subs.
• Create strategic partnerships to increase the impact and the long- term effect of
the activities.
• Leading a cross- functional team that focusses on short term revenue increase
by defining short term strategic activities and monitoring they are executed on.
01/2017-09/2017 Partner Channel Marketing Manager. Microsoft NL, Schiphol
Created the channel strategy for tech companies focusing their marketing on the
corporate customer segment of Microsoft.
• Full focus management of one FTE, Allocation of a budget of $700k per year
• Improved the set-up of a successful motion of always-on customer workshops
delivered by tech companies. Full year we managed to deliver 478 workshops
with an influenced revenue of $62 mio.
09/2014-01/2017 Start 2-year traineeship as Partner Sales Executive. Microsoft NL, Schiphol
Build and maintained partnerships with tech companies that build on Microsoft
technology. Optimizing their ability to co- sell Microsoft products and solutions and
