We are looking for a Commercial Operations Lead to join our Benelux & Beyond team based in Amsterdam. The #1 goal of this role is to lead the operations team, ensure flawless operational performance and improve operational activities in the Benelux & Beyond market. You drive the demand and inventory planning, ensure availability and delivery of all our delicious chocolate to our customers (ranging from large retailers to web shop consumers). You lead the B&B operations team that consists of the Customer Logistic Manager and the Co-pack and Logistics Partner Manager. You report to the Finance & Operations Head Benelux & Beyond.

Ready to raise the bar with us? Here’s what you’ll do:

  • Drive the demand and sales and operations planning (S&OP) cycle, together with the sales team, for our Benelux and Beyond markets and create reliable and realistic volume forecast
  • Manage the full inventory process, ensure that the physical stock positions are reflected in our data systems and guarantee our products do not go out of stock or to waste
  • Enable smooth operation of co-packing, warehousing, distribution and logistics network
  • Seek new opportunities to improve processes and internal procedures to optimize and simplify every Tony’s job.

The ideal candidate:

  • experience in demand planning and S&OP and have the ability to navigate comfortably through forecasts for both the next season and for the next 2 years. You have experience planning for a range of goods and have managed your own portfolio before
  • experience in the broader scope of supply chain (e.g. inventory management and logistics)
  • you are willing to develop as a people manager or already have experience leading and a small team
  • you are an analytical problem solver with an eye for detail. You have experience with data analysis and crunching loads of data
  • experience building and keeping meaningful relationships with business partners inside and outside your organization
  • you are fluent in both Dutch and English
  • last but not least, you can deal smoothly with the challenges that come with a growing company, and positively contribute to team Tony’s performance.
